Welcome to ReachMyAgent. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we handle your personal data, specifically detailing how we access, use, store, and share Google user data.

2. Information We Collect

When you use ReachMyAgent and authenticate with Google, we collect the following types of information:

  • Profile Information: Your basic profile information including your name, email address, and profile picture to create your account.
  • Google Email Data: We request the ability to send emails on your behalf to send post-call summaries and meeting confirmations to callers. We do not read or have access to your personal inbox.

3. How We Use and Share Your Information

We will only use your personal data to provide and improve the ReachMyAgent service. Specifically:

  • Your profile information is used exclusively to identify your account and personalize your agent link dashboard.
  • Your email is used to dispatch transcriptions and summaries of completed phone calls.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell your personal data or your Google User Data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or alternative purposes.
  • Your data is never shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary to fulfill the core application functionality (e.g., using secure LLM processing providers strictly governed by data processing agreements).

4. Limited Use Disclosure

ReachMyAgent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Our app restricts its use of data to providing or improving our user-facing features and does not use or transfer the data for serving ads.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the services. If you wish to revoke our access, you may do so at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. Upon account deletion, all associated Google User Data will be permanently removed from our active systems.
